  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations within the United States and Canada.
At this time, we do not provide international shipping outside these regions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your shipping address and selected delivery option at checkout:

  • Expedited Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Local Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
ePrint Corner is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We may request photos of the packaging and item to help resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in investigating the matter and ensure a replacement or refund is issued where appropriate.

8. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order anytime before it has been shipped or dispatched by contacting our support team.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
