At ePrint Corner, we want you to shop with confidence. Every product you purchase is backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including manuals, cables, and accessories).

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items returned after the 7-day period or found in non-resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges, toners, and print heads

  • Software or downloadable items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout

  • Custom orders or special-request products

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@eprintcorner.com or call +1-877-225-1819 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting details or images (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the product back.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ePrint Corner will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is confirmed.

5. Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund amounts may be adjusted if the item is returned incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories.

If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped or delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted; however, you may still proceed with a return within 7 days of delivery under this policy.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us immediately at support@eprintcorner.com.
Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
